The produce grown in our field next to the farm stand starts in our glass enclosed greenhouse. Our gardener nurtures these seedlings when Spring is on the horizon and tends to them until the ground outside is soft and warm enough to support the delicate plants. Throughout the spring, we tend to these vegetables so we are able to offer to the community fresh, seasonal produce. During the summer months, tomatoes and peppers shine bright in the field and fall ushers in apple season. Our orchard also includes peaches, pears, apricots and plums. Over the winter months, when it is too cold to grow outside, our greenhouse produces flavorful micro greens and lettuces. Fresh herbs are always in abundance.

Our honey bees play an important role in our gardens. We have 20 hives situated around the property which aid us in pollinating our plants and flowers. The hives also produce delicious wildflower honey. It has been said that local honey has tremendous health benefits and acts as a springtime allergy immunity booster! Our honey is available for sale at the farm stand.
